STRETCHING THERAPY
Fascial Stretching Therapy (FST) targets muscles and the fascia—the connective tissue around muscles, bones, and joints. It also works on joints and capsules using gentle traction to remove movement restrictions and stimulate lubrication. Your therapist will smoothly move your arms, legs, spine, and neck through various motions, providing a relaxing, pain-free experience.
Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) focuses on individual muscles using quick stretches held for no more than 2 seconds. This method uses reciprocal inhibition to maximize results while allowing blood and oxygen to flow between stretches.
These specialized stretching therapies are available exclusively to members, providing a personalized way to maintain flexibility, reduce discomfort, and boost vitality.
